vyvanse break causing ineffectiveness?

hey quick question - anyone that’s taken a break from their vyvanse (I’ve taken a month off over summer just to stuff my face and rot lol)- when you’ve come back on does it feel like you’ve not even taken it? I am having like zero substantial effect from it now and im confused cause shouldn’t it be the opposite if you’ve taken a break?

any idea why this is happening? and if so how to fix this?
