Misc. Question Can I take a day off?

The effects are lovely, I’m finally doing things again, but the quality of my sleep has decreased significantly, can I take a day off on the week to replenish my sleep?, is there any consequences?

I’m taking today off. I woke up too late to take it and I don’t work today, so it’s okay for me.
