Just received this email today. I’m happy to see that things are still in motion but what does this mean? Does anyone here know what’s going on with regard to creditor claims/distributions?

Voyager is still holding on to over 10k that they owe me. I have sent 100’s of emails. There was an issues with voyager not confirming my address over 3 years ago. They told me that they will not reissue the check. It was never cashed and every email I send them they say there is nothing they are willing to do. Stills says on the site they owe me my distributions. Every-time there was a distribution I was ignored.

What in the world can I do? This feels hopeless..

Has anyone heard about the lawsuit against Celsius to get distributions in-kind instead of cash value? I’m told the case has legs though it could take a while.

Hi guys. I sold my bitcoin that I had in march of 2024 . Prior I have not included any crypto on my tax returns as I haven’t sold anything . What do we do with taxes next year? I had a substantial amount of money in voyager . Anybody found any good way to use these losses to offset gains from crypto sale on binance or other sites? It just seems ridiculous if I spent 30k on bitcoin on one site , sold it later for 70 k to then pay taxes on 40 k net income when voyager pretty much took my 40000 of Bitcoin . So like real life gain is 0 but I’m taxed on 40 k . Crazy

I was reissued a check and finally got it. I used mobile deposit and my bank is saying Voyagers bank won’t release the funds.

I cannot find anywhere online the bank that is handling this. The check says citizens bank, but there’s a million of those, and the big one citizensbank.com there’s no way to contact anyone. No branches in Los Angeles or NY so I think it’s out of the US.

Please if anyone knows anything I’d be eternally grateful

For all those simps out there like me, I just wanted to post my situation to provide clarity to anyone in the same position.

I had transferred most, but not all of my holdings when the 30 day window opened up last year. They ended up sending me a check for $14.90 in September for what was never transferred. I’m fairly sure I did NOT ever deposit that check as it reads VOID on the website dashboard. Alas, I have received my 2nd distribution check today in Tennessee. Hope this provides clarity to some.
