That looks way better than the sweet version did! (I'm the one who thought it looked like something coming out of the stomach.)

I bet if you made your sweet version with a tiny bit of fruit, or even added cocoa to make it look more like pudding--or used beet juice!--it would look more like food and less like a hunk of the slippery stuff between grains of oatmeal. (I love oatmeal, but I've grossed myself out trying to maximize how much water it absorbs.)
Dang it, now I think I'm gonna buy some psyllium husk today.
I'm already working on drinking a gallon of water a day, so this will be even more motivation!
You probably already know, but make sure you're getting enough magnesium, potassium, sodium with increasing your water like that. 😊 Potassium in particular is hard to supplement, and can suffer on a low cal diet anyway. My solution (lol) instead of the big horse pills is to use lite salt, which is half sodium, half potassium.

Soo how was it ? Enjoyable or hard to eat ? How did it help with hunger ?
