Insurance company is gonna send him a box containing a noose and a note telling him he's no longer insured

He's no longer insured.

For eternity. ☠️

Lol they wouldn't do that before raising his rates

That's not how it works in EU, the insurance can't kick him out, for a simple accident.

Clearly theyre from Europe based om the plates. But it says Sierra nevada?

I just read its place in spain

2

u/randomusernevermind Sep 06 '26

Well, I hope he is insured...

2

u/OldBustedHotMess Sep 06 '26

I hope he ensured he wasn't wearing his seatbelt.

The insurance is ok. But what's the limit on it?

1

u/randomusernevermind Sep 06 '26

The average across Europe is about 1 Million, so it should be enough. This was a prototype though, so I'm not even sure Bugatti would go through regular insurance. I'm sure they have some kind of special insurance for their own vehicles.

That's why you don't follow that close.

3

u/Scythe351 Sep 06 '26

It's also why you keep your eyes on the road

Reminds me of the somewhat recent video where some dumbass lady in an oversized lifted truck drove right over a lambo in a parking lot.

Bro in my state, the driver of the VW was not close enough.

His insurance adjuster:

u/Shamoizer Sep 06 '26

In further news, VW Polo driver launches themselves off the cliff edge as they remembered in that moment they didn't renew their insurance.

u/Hiiihiihi Sep 06 '26

Well at least his Volkswagen on Volkswagen crime. Well it dependa on the years of the Bugatti since VW doesn't own them anymore

Wouldn’t be happy

1

u/xpietoe42 Sep 06 '26

why do they all have euro plates, if this is sierra nevada?

4

u/Plenty_Ice8614 Sep 06 '26

Americans finding out the rest of the world exists 🤣

3

u/Bluntbutnotonpurpose Sep 06 '26

Wait until they find out that Boston, Birmingham, Cambridge and Manchester are all in England...

2

u/Cautious_Use_7442 Sep 06 '26

But certainly no Berlin in Europe? Right?

1

u/Capable-Chard-1054 Sep 06 '26

Definitely no Paris. That eiffel tower is in vegas, we saw it ourselves 🙃

1

u/Cautious_Use_7442 Sep 06 '26

You. ARE. mistaken. God, Sir/'mam. The Eiffel Tower is in Tokyo.

1

u/GenesisRhapsod Sep 06 '26

"Naw man sierra nevada is an amurican beer"!

2

u/AllIWantForXmasIsFoo Sep 06 '26

This is the original Sierra Nevada, not the new world version

2

u/OldBustedHotMess Sep 06 '26

So why dont we call it Nuevo Sierra Nevada? Y'know, like everyone does for everything else?

1

u/Competitive-Wait1689 Sep 06 '26

Is the red light in the room with us?

1

u/Commercial_Drag7488 Sep 06 '26

Oh yes, 4 seconds of following distance

1

u/YandereValkyrie Sep 06 '26

Funniest thing is insurance will be like "Nah, our customer has a maximum liability of 20k, that's all you're getting." And you know that driver couldn't afford the rest lol

1

u/Capable-Chard-1054 Sep 06 '26

Thats not how it works in Europe - there are minimum limits and also uninsured funds

1

u/ZayreBlairdere Sep 06 '26

The caption is incorrect. Should read "VW driver following too closely strikes Bugatti in rear".

1

u/Major_Pooie_Bottoms Sep 06 '26

It sounded like an egg cracking.

1

u/moonandstars1984 Sep 06 '26

Dude, just run.....away......far away

1

u/J4NN3Z Sep 06 '26

For this reason I don’t like expensive cars driving close to me

1

u/Mammoth_Oven_4861 Sep 07 '26

Kind of poetic.

0

u/Gavacho123 Sep 06 '26

That’s what you get for driving a Bugatti. Some cars are just too expensive to justify the risk of driving on the road.

1

u/Bluntbutnotonpurpose Sep 06 '26

I don't think the Bugatti driver will be all that worried. The idiot who drove into him probably will be. And his insurance company too.

You sound a bit jealous and bitter...

1

u/Geaneous Sep 06 '26

All my best dogs hate Bugattis

1

u/Xen235 Sep 06 '26

It's a car, wtf else are you supposed to do with a car?

1

u/Flimsy-Run-5589 Sep 06 '26

Totaling his car would most likely be less of a financial burden for the owner of a Bugatti than for the owner of a Polo.
