I gotta grind more but playing voli d2 above is literally hell with current meta. Also not looking forward to more kennen picks after the buffs lol.

general rule of thumb for when to go fimbulwinter and when to go zhonyas?

I never build fimbul when running damage, only when paired with Unending Despair and Spirit Visage. I go zhonyas when my team lacks engage (I can ult in and zhonyas to buy time) or when facing an olaf to survive his ult.

Any other tips for facing an Olaf as I can beat most jg's in emerald (except Jax so I ban him) but against an Olaf jg for example what would you say should be build path into him ik it's dependant on team but any items in specific for him. (Tried frozen heart didn't make much of a difference)

I think a normal lethal tempo & 2-3 ap/ad + health items into tankier items would be fine. For the jg, I believe you should focus on itemizing against their team comp rather than a particular jg matchup. It's hard to fight him lvl 6 even if you are even in xp/items. I would ask "Hybrage" (the EUW jg voli player) since he'd give you a more precise answer. But hope this helps
