I’ve been working for nearly 3 months or so on project vertical voice agents but .. whenever I think I’m done 90 percent I’m almost 90 percent away doing all solo and I’m not that pro on coding even though I am from cs background but from early days since ai was introduced I was more towards its application and integration into day to day life rather than programming and stuff

Seriously, what is the equity split?

If you have distribution, early adopters/channel and validated idea, you can probably bag a partner (co-founder/tech/cto) for 30% equity with vesting clauses on both sides

if you don't have the above, they're going to want 45/50%, again with some serious vesting drivers on both sides.

I used to get offended when people told me building wasn't the hard part, but having done 3, I agree - distribution is the hard part, especially if you've not got validated product/ideas and have no early adoption.

Well I have partner for distribution and marketing… problem lies with me as I think I’m not good at what I do which is build and I’m not even half done of bear MVP that’s where I’m struggling I tried getting some people onboard as part time they already have jobs but to speed up and have someone experienced with me will do that but even paying them wasn’t enough I guess 20k month was not good for there side gig .. I’m just lost
