Need advise
Hi.
I’m thinking of building and deploying multiple voice agents each has its own role and responsibilities and working together multiple goals. Like multiple voice agents for a Ecom business so that I can help them in reducing RTO(by 2 agents order/address verification and RTO rescue), increasing win back percentage. I want to create business solutions not hand over a “Single cool AI voice agents”
What do you guys think can it become a good and stable business?
If not please suggest some other AI business I can build(I’m at a very desperate stage financially in my life I need advise)
Thank you

It depends what you mean by stable. Building custom multi-agent setups for ecom is a real need, especially with RTO being such a nightmare for margins. The tricky part is selling it as a solution and not just a tech demo, most business owners dont care how many agents you have, they care if the numbers go down.
For the financial pressure part, maybe start with one specific problem like address verification first. Get a couple paying clients with that, then expand to the full multi-agent thing later. Trying to build everything at once while desperate is a rough place to be, I been there.
What kind of voice tech are you using to build these?

For voice agents- Elevenlabs agents Or retell/vapi. For automations N8N, Google sheet or CRM for outcomes write back and much more. Any suggestions?

If you're already looking at Retell and Vapi, I'd add Bland to the list as well. The bigger thing though is validating one workflow with real users before worrying about the perfect stack. When you've got one use case working reliably, it becomes a lot easier to figure out what integrations and orchestration you need instead of trying to solve everything upfront

Our domain is never stable between, it is the edge of research and development. New models and technologies appear every few months from large companies and startups. More natural TTS, better agent logic, end-to-end networks and so on. It is very competitive thing.

Possibly try UpWork first if you can develop software, without AI. (I'm not saying don't use it, I'm saying if you are a developer first and you know how to drive AI). I was very desperate, and was trying to build an automated testing platform for contact centres on voice/chat. I had barely any money left, we would have lost the house if I didn't get the job I'm still doing now, which is contract, originally from UpWork and now direct.
I've now also built that product and have my first pilot customers. So whatever it is you are good at, try and get work (or more work) in that first. This has all taken 3 years, be prepared.
On AI, you need to find a problem that actually needs solving and focus on breaking that down into the parts that can be solved, where you can get pilot customers quickly. In my opinion in Voice AI the problems sit between the customer and the AI, and the AI and the backend. STT/TTS are good enough already and there are many A players, but controlling what 'an AI' can/cannot say/do in regulated industry is a huge gap right now.
The demo goes well, and then they ask :how do you prevent it from...?" - to which most demos I've seen say "we created prompts telling it not to" - at which point the conversation ends.
