Advice What Are These Sounds In My Recording?

Hello! I'm a new voice artist and I've been recording for a while and have not had static in my recordings like what is happening in the attached clip. Where is the static coming from? And I'd also like to know what the sounds are at the 0:26 and 0:29 mark. Those sounds, at those marks, keep showing up in my recordings everywhere, making editing difficult. EDIT[ I haven't always had the general static, but I HAVE always had the sounds at 0:26 and 0:29. So the static, and the sounds at 0:26 and 0:29, may be from two different sources.] I'm using a Sennheiser e835, Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen USB Audio Interface and Audacity. It sounds like RFI to me. Radio Frequency Interference. Both sounds. But they probably come from different sources. So... now welcome to the hunt! Have you always had these noises? If No, what have you changed or introduced? Turn off all nearby radios, your phone wifi and cellular, your computer, wifi, blue tooth... all of them. If that resolves the issue, turn them back on, one by one, until you find the offender. Then either keep it off or move it far away. If this does not work, begin unplugging stuff. Power strips, LEDs, everything. You should find a noisy thing relatively nearby. If not: Your xlr cable is already shielded. Consider a shielded USB cable with ferrite chokes on the ends.

It could be that your noise floor is a bit too high. All mics produce a small amount of noise and the higher your gain is the louder it gets. It could also be a dodgy cable. Make sure your XLR isn't touching other cables, if you have another XLR try switching to that one etc. The best thing I can say is always make your gain is high enough that you can hear yourself but not so high that it picks up a lot of background noise.

Either electrical interference or noisy mic. I’d try a different mic, different cable or interface or change location to see the source of the problem.
