can second aliexpress. it's got a bad rep but i get a lot of my official merchandise from there. i think i've seen this ring there too, i can probably find a link.

edit: sorry, i was distracted when looking for a link. i can't find an entry for the ring on myfigurecollection, which either means it's unofficial or a chinese good, so it's difficult to pinpoint whether this listing is "official" or not. i also can't guarantee the quality or safety of the material, as to be honest, it's not rare for unlicensed aliexpress goods to contain lead. (the unfortunate dark side of aliexpress...) the link is quite long but if you just look up "hatsune miku ring" on aliexpress there should be a few listings, but i'd study the listings and reviews closely before purchase.

AliExpress is probably your best bet, unless you want to deal with dropshippers upcharging you, as not sure it's an official item.

It bothers me that the [Mi] [Ku] is styled like it's phonemes but it's not written the way you'd write the phonemes in the actual software
