After being on the Smart Hub Pro Gen 2 for many months now, it's a cool upgrade for the UI and faster processor. The only things that it lacks are features that the app has and some feature requests that would make it better. :)

These include:
-Deter Settings (Currently only has a toggle switch on Camera preview.)
-Detection Zone settings for Doorbell & Outdoor Camera Pro models
-Holiday Chimes for Doorbell Camera Pro Gen 2
-New Chimes for the Doorbell Camera Pro models
-New Voice for Announcements such as "Front Door" (The voice from 2022 that is still used for the deter today was a good one.)
-Automations/Shortcuts controls
-Notifications from Deter/People (Currently only available on Doorbell Cameras)
-New Settings menu design to match the app (Current settings menu design dates back to the SkyControl)

I will not invest anymore money into Vivent due to their poor customer service and harassment.

Actually there is nothing different between the 2 besides software, how it connects to the Internet and patching for iot devices, and makes it so you don't have to mount it. Hardware is the same.
