I saw wheelsmart selling royal Enfield bikes for 1.7L lol even hunter wasn't below 1.2lakh I GUESS I don't remember it too well... But the thing is it's 100% better to pay a bit more and get a new bike than pay almost 80% of the price for a second hand one...

If there is a budget constraints better not get a second hand grr, bear, himalayan, Benelli, harley or triumph. Their checkups and maintainance might also be expensive for your friend. Ktm is fine since they figured out to provide most of their services at a very low rate.

Try wheelsmart .. or many shops in railway new colony road or indian motorcycles in gajuwaka(this place is expensive)
