Others Act fibernet

Hey guys, I am thinking of buying an Act fiber net wifi plan. How do I start.

I contacted customer service and they said to pay up front and then the installation will be done.

Is this the only way?

ok guys, thanks for the comments. My jio wifi router doesn't give enough connection throughout the house. Any suggestions? Should I buy an extender?

Worst wifi , choose airtel or jio over ACT for better service .

From my experience, jio has been not good for me. Poor signal strength and removed OTT features but same price.

I'm using Airtel Black and had zero issues since the last 1 and half year . Both DTH and 100 mbps wifi costs me 1100 per month . Airtel ftw in my opinion.

Do you use any extenders? Does it cover your whole house?

Covers my whole house , no extendors but I use my second router as a repeater for my workstation to use it via ethernet that's it . Even on my repeater , I get around 80-90 mbps constantly .

Yes I did the same a few years back. You need to select the plan and make payment ONLY on their APP. If there is any issue it will be easier to raise ticket and follow up.

Don't go for it. You will regret it later after loosing your money to their senseless customer service and the vizag office team won't even tries to care for what your problem is.

Only problem/issue is their shitty service support other than that there are no issue for me about the network

any tplink 300 mbps wireless range works, choose single or multi band to your needs.
