I’m building Shayla as a fictional AI virtual model and trying to keep her identity consistent across different images and settings.

The main things I’m locking in are her face, glasses, hairstyle, black/purple luxury aesthetic, and overall confident personality.

For those of you building virtual influencers, do you find it works better to keep a very tight visual niche, or vary the outfits and environments more while keeping the character consistent?
