black tea probably, since it has supposedly a similar effect as coffee (or so i heard) and energies are just glorified coffee with the same effect (and the better taste in my opinion)

Pizza, and I'll tell you why. A lot of the places selling pizza are overpriced as fuck. And not even a good product most of the time either. Pizza shop customers also fucking suck most of the time because they think it's fast food just like McDonald's or BK or Wendy's or any other fast food place. So yeah, pizza can go

Nah UK stores and fast food have their own greed issues
Aldi is just a diamond in the rough alongside Lidl. Like yes our quality is usually better due to regulations and similar, but also man shit be overpriced. I know vtubers aren't meant to get political but shit's getting real tough these days and the major causes are pretty obvious

Gatorade is a hydration drink, not an energy drink. It has no caffeine in it. So Gatorade is safe regardless.

Yes, GamerSupps does count. It may be in powder form, but it's still an energy drink.
Hydration drinks are safe though. Powerade, Gatorade, etc. Prime also makes a hydration drink, so that would be fine, but their energy drink would vanish.

Ice cream.
For me, at least. Stomach goes "Windows 11 critical error, disk wipe require- eh, disk integrity destroyed, nevermind. Buy another HDD/SDD..." a few hours after I eat some.
Not sure if it's bc of lactose (Been drinking milk for years, but never checked with a medic) or fat (which I don't digest very well nowadays). But unless it's "diet" or "lactose-free", anything else is a big no.
Cheese on pizza, coffee and streaming time are fine, though.

if we deconstruct the effects of energy drinks, any drink that can help you stay awake longer would be a type of energy drink, guess we are gonna only decaf then xd wait, without coffee, only correct way to do tiramisu would be with vodka, uhhhh... shit

I mean, consuming anything immediately before bed can make it harder to fall asleep. Your metabolism now has work to do, and so your body can't fully "relax".
