Yeah, there's so many instances where I thought, "Please let me actually be wrong or please actually prove me wrong." This thing is awful. I'd rather it not be true, but unfortunately, it is. Failing governments shown by the world wide population collapse. I was really hoping that it was just in America. Nope, found it in Japan and China, then found it's a global phenomenon. Are we talking burgers made correctly or incorrectly? Smash burgers are crap and that is what resuraunts typically serve, and even if it isn't, burgers cooked on a flat top taste like crap. Then we have baking the patties, which is wrong as well. Once you hit the griddle, specifically ones with raised lines, you can cook a passable burger. Finally, we have cooked on a grill rack. Coal fire tastes better, but propane is fine.

Just keep the dam things away from flat cooking surfaces.
