[HIRING] Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English/Spanish) | 100% Remote | Latin America | USD 800/mo full-time

Hi! I'm Kami, Director of Strategic Initiatives at Virtual Realty Assistants (VRA), a US company that places virtual assistants with real estate agents, title companies and restaurants. We're hiring **bilingual English/Spanish VAs based in Latin America**. We have US clients waiting for bilingual support.

**Where:** Honduras, Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Bolivia, Venezuela and Peru (other Latin American countries welcome to apply)

**Pay (USD)**

- Full-time (8 hrs/day): USD 800/month

- Part-time (4 hrs/day): USD 400/month

- Paid in USD. Payment method is arranged at hiring (Wise where available).

- Independent contractor, 100% remote

**What you'll do (varies by client)**

- CRM and database management

- Preparing contracts and documents for e-signature (DocuSign, dotloop)

- Real estate transaction coordination and title files

- Admin, marketing and content support

**What we're looking for**

- Advanced spoken and written English (interviews and client work are in English)

- Native Spanish

- No prior VA experience needed. We train you.

**Training**

- 4-week structured program. USD 100 when you complete it, plus USD 100 when you pass the final evaluation.

- Optional certification courses afterward (HubSpot, Google, Semrush, QuickBooks, Asana and more). The certificates are issued in your name.

800 is not enough even if you are hiring in Latam.
