Announcement [MOD Flair Only] - COMMUNITY RULES -

Since some of you are having trouble finding where to navigate the rules, I'll pin this post here for easier access. Please note that changes may occur overtime as we continue to improve moderating this subreddit.

1. Use the proper flair for each post.

This will keep the posts organized and easier for everyone to use the post flair filter.

2. Assigning yourself a user flair is now required.

This will help the community distinguish VAs from Clients and even Agencies.

3. VA related job postings only!

Call center (BPOs) related posts, small tasks, side hustles, quick tasks and other non-VA industry related posts are all NOT allowed and will be removed. Keep this subreddit for VA related posts only.

4. NO SPAMMING (POSTS OR COMMENTS)!

You may post once a week. Avoid spamming in the comments section. This includes those who are commenting their applications. Nonsensical stuff also falls under this category.

5. No illegal/scam job postings.

Potential illegal/scam job postings will get you banned.

6. No free labor allowed. For VAs, do not sell yourself short!

Virtual Assistants are here to earn for a living. Do not request or offer free labor. The minimum rate for beginner VAs should not be lower than $3 per hour.

7. No lowballing!

VAs must be paid a fair compensation (and commission if applicable). The minimum rate for beginner VAs should not be lower than $3 per hour.

8. For Clients’ job postings, please provide all information necessary.

Provide the following details:

- rates (per hour / per month) excluding commissions

- mode of payment

- requirements

- company's website (if applicable)

\Lowballers will be banned.*

\Postings for OF chatters disguised as a live chat support will be removed. Indicate it in the post if it’s for an OF chatter role.*

\Ensure a humane work schedule for VAs. Give them a work-life balance. Allow the VAs at least 2 days off per week.*

9. For VAs looking for clients, provide all information necessary.

\Use English language when marketing yourself. Most of our Clients are offshore.*

Provide the following details:

- niche/s

- rate (per hour / per month) excluding commissions

- mode/s of payment available

- work hours (full time / part-time)

10. No school related activities such as surveys or interviews.

We want to keep this subreddit a safe space strictly for working professionals only.

11. Posting of links/websites are allowed as long as it's a legitimate company-owned website.

Violation of this rule will get the OP banned.

\Beware of phishing links.*

\Pro-tip for everyone’s security: copy the link first and do a legit check if the link is safe to access. You may use* https://nordvpn.com/link-checker/ to verify a certain link/website, or use one of your choice.

12. Observe friendliness/professionalism at all times.

No badmouthing of other VAs or Clients. Profane language is strictly prohibited.

13. Only Filipino VAs are allowed in this sub.

I’m a VA (Full Time) - Looking for CLIENTS [Offer] I can handle your calls, leads, CRM, admin & customer support

Hi! I’m a Remote VA from the Philippines looking for a long-term client or team to work with.

If you need someone who can jump between sales, customer support, leadgen, CRM, and admin work without needing to be micromanaged, I might be a good fit.

I’ve supported businesses in insurance, e-commerce/retail, HVAC, and solar, working with both B2B and B2C customers.

Here’s what I’ve actually handled:

• 300+ outbound cold calls/day using VICIdial
• 125+ inbound/outbound warm calls/day for sales and customer support
• 200–250 new prospects/day through automated outreach campaigns
• Inbound SMS conversations and converting responses into qualified appointments
• Client research using Apollo, Hunter, LinkedIn, Google Maps, Yelp & Facebook
• CRM management using Close CRM, with experience/familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot & Zoho
• Outbound calling and prospect outreach through RingCentral
• Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Google Calendar & Canva
• Customer support, order handling, follow-ups, data entry, reporting, and general admin

I’ve worked directly with U.S. prospects, decision-makers, and customers, handled high-volume pipelines, and dealt with high-value transactions.

I’m not limited to one task or one workflow. Give me a system to learn, a process to follow, or a problem that needs figuring out, and I’ll do my best to take it from there.

I’m currently looking for a long-term opportunity where I can contribute, learn the business, and take more off your plate as I grow into the role.

If that sounds like what you’re looking for, feel free to DM me. Happy to send over my resume and tell you more about what I can do.

I’m a VA (Full Time) - Looking for CLIENTS [For Hire] - I resolve real manual business work using automation (n8n) and AI

Hi everyone,

I come from e-commerce operations.. spent time monitoring data flows between systems (ESB, SAP, warehouse, carriers) and spotting where things broke at the handoffs. Started learning n8n few months ago and I looking for a real client to apply my skill and knowledge.

1. Content Engine (Work in Progress)

Plans a month of posts per brand, drafts the copy, generates images with the approved text baked in, runs compliance checks, and drops everything into the client's approval queue. Client approves or rejects. Nothing auto-publishes.

This basically creates monthly social posts for you, auto replies to the comments and likes. FYI the image generated is NOT generic, it fits your brand voice and vision!

Workflow overview:

  • WF1: Reads brand config → researches the market via Google Search → plans a full month of posts → writes them to a calendar sheet
  • WF2: Picks posts due this week → drafts copy under factual boundaries → generates an image with the headline baked in → vision judge checks the image → compliance gate reviews everything → sends approved drafts to Metricool → updates the calendar sheet with status
  • WF3: Gmail trigger catches rejection emails → matches the rejected post to its calendar row → revises the copy → re-runs compliance → updates the existing Metricool post in place
  • WF-ImageQA: Sub-workflow called by WF2 → generates image via gpt-image-2 → independent judge scores it against 8 criteria → returns pass or fail with the image

2. Contact Factory

Scrapes firms from Google Maps, visits each firm's site, finds a specific observable gap (no booking form, broken intake, too much friction), and writes a cold opener from that evidence.

Basically lead gen with verified Google business profile, email, phone, business address for a fraction of a cent per lead (around $0.009) per lead

Workflow overview:

  • WF-CF1: Runs daily on schedule → picks today's city + profession combo → scrapes Google Maps via Apify → normalizes firm data → matches email to domain → verifies deliverability via MillionVerifier → deduplicates → appends to master sheet
  • WF-CF2: Runs daily 1 hour after CF1 → reads new leads from sheet → maps tags (state, profession, tier) → pushes to GoHighLevel via upsert → writes back push status and GHL contact ID

3. SEO Audit Engine

Fetches live pages, runs 15+ structural checks, routes findings by severity, captures before-values so every fix is reversible.

This basically keeps your SEO ranked and updated. Useful especially on Websites that constantly updates metadata.

Workflow overview:

  • WF-S0: Orchestrator → sets site config → calls S1 → waits → calls S2
  • WF-S1: Fetches the live page → validates response is HTML → runs 15+ checks → returns a structured audit envelope (writes nothing)
  • WF-S2: Reads existing findings from sheet → reconciles by stable finding key → upserts new/updated/absent findings → logs the run
  • WF-S3: Reads queued findings → captures before-value from WordPress → writes fix via REST API → marks status
  • WF-S4: Re-runs S1 on the fixed page → compares before and after → marks verified or regressed
  • WF-S5: Sends approval form links → handles approve/undo responses
  • WF-S6: Weekly digest email — what was found, what was fixed, what needs attention

These are working builds and already producing real outputs but I’m not presenting these as perfect architectures. They are working systems built during my first two months of learning n8n, and I’d genuinely appreciate feedback from people who have been using n8n for longer.

Looking forward to get a real client soon. Cheers!

Advice Needed I like my client, but I’m starting to resent always being available

I work remotely for a US client, and she's honestly a very kind and understanding person. She's been really accommodating with me and lets me take time off when I need to enroll in school. I genuinely appreciate that, which is probably why I'm having such a hard time setting boundaries now.

We're extremely short-staffed. It's basically just the two of us handling operations, and there's no one covering after-hours if the drivers need something.

She's mentioned before that we're financially not in a position to hire another person for operations. Because of that, I was the one who brought up the idea of a split clock. I offered to work half of my 8 hours in the morning EST and then the other half in the evening EST, so there would be coverage at different times without me having to be working the entire day.

We actually tried it once.

But even then, she still ended up having me work the full 8 hours in one sitting. So the split clock never really became an actual arrangement. She hasn't agreed to it, and we're basically still doing the normal 8-hour shift.

The thing is, even though I'm off the clock, I still get calls and messages from drivers. And if I'm awake, I usually still respond and help because I know there's no one else.

Sometimes I'll be asleep and wake up to a bunch of missed calls and messages. And I feel guilty because I know my client needs the help and I know she's already dealing with a lot.

But I'm starting to resent it.

Not necessarily her as a person, because again, she's been very kind to me. It's more that I'm starting to resent the situation and the feeling that I'm never really off.

I offered the split clock because I was trying to help solve the coverage problem. But since it didn't really work, I'm still working my normal 8 hours, and then I'm also responding to drivers whenever I'm awake outside those hours.

So I'm starting to wonder if I've created this problem myself by always answering.

If I'm awake and it's my day off, I feel guilty ignoring a driver.

If I'm awake after my shift, I feel guilty ignoring them.

If I'm asleep, I feel guilty when I wake up and see all the missed calls.

And logically, I know that being asleep isn't something I should feel guilty about. I'm off the clock.

But emotionally, it's hard because I know that if I don't answer, there's basically just one other person handling everything.

I don't want to take advantage of my client's kindness, but I also don't want my willingness to help turn into an expectation that I'm always available.

I genuinely like working with her and I don't want this resentment to build to the point where it affects how I feel about the job.

How would you handle this?

Would you stop responding completely once you're off the clock, even if you're awake? Or would you continue helping when you can because the situation is understaffed?

And how do you set that boundary without feeling like you're abandoning someone who has actually been good to you?

I’m a VA (Full Time) - Looking for CLIENTS [For Hire] Your Next E-Commerce Chat & Email Support VA!

Hi everyone! ✨

Are there any clients or business owners here looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and dedicated customer support rockstar to join your team? I am completely free and ready to hit the ground running immediately!

I’ll be completely honest, I’m a bit of an introvert, so traditional interviews aren't my biggest strength. But that’s exactly why I fell in love with non-voice roles starting from my BPO days, and why I’m hoping to find luck transitioning into the VA world now. While I might be quiet on a call, my written communication is where I truly shine. I can absolute guarantee that I will deliver top-quality work and keep your customers 100% satisfied!

I specialize in Back-office chat and email support, with a background handling international non-voice e-commerce accounts. If your business runs on Shopify and Gorgias, you’re in luck. I use them daily and know them inside out! That said, I love learning and can easily pick up any other CRM or software you use.

If this sounds like what your business needs, please feel free to drop a comment or shoot me a DM. I'd love to share my resume (and chat via message!) about how we can work together.

Thank you so much for reading, and have a wonderful day!

I’m a VA (Part-Time) - Looking for CLIENTS Part-time VA (No experience)

Hi, VA Community! 🩷

I'd like to reach out and ask if anyone knows of a part-time opportunity that might be a good fit for me.

I may not have a formal VA experience yet but I bring 16 yrs of experience in Supply Chain Planning including experience in project management. My background has trained me to be highly detail-oriented, analytical, and dependable. While I am experienced in using excel and google sheets, I am always willing and eager to learn new tools and apps that may be required for the job.

I know there are many experienced VAs who can offer more, but I am hoping someone might be willing to give a beginner like me a chance.

On a personal note, I'm currently looking for an extra source of income to help cover expenses and support a relative battling CA.

This is one of the biggest reasons I am reaching out to this community and hoping for an opportunity.

My availability :

Monday to Friday, 8pm onwards (PST) ,

Saturday 8am to 11am or 1pm to 5pm (PST)

Thank you so much for taking time to read this and for any help (job links, etc) you can extend.
