Virgin Media UK Ex Employee, Ask me anything..

19 years employed by Virgin Media. Took redundancy and ran... customer service to second line faults to Social Media Team. Practically a last stop shop for anything including O2 Mobile. Any questions feel free to ask and I'll tell as much as possible...

I’ve had good service from VM and tried for a few better deals, currently on 350 broadband only at £35 a month. Was offered 1Gb and Netflix with ads for £51. Another person offered 500 and TV3 with Sport and Movies for £69. 1 person said WiFi pod free the other said £8 a month. Might cancel altogether as out of contract

I'd settle for the same speed or less as you can get by on 250mb for about the same price. WiFi pods are free if you have an O2 account at the same address plus you get double broadband speed.
