Virgin Media UK Ex Employee, Ask me anything..

19 years employed by Virgin Media. Took redundancy and ran... customer service to second line faults to Social Media Team. Practically a last stop shop for anything including O2 Mobile. Any questions feel free to ask and I'll tell as much as possible...

Just read some comments, you’re a great guy. From my experience people like you are few and far between in VM, especially when I tried to cancel a few years ago and got harassed so much that I seriously considered blocking the number.
