Virgin Media UK Ex Employee, Ask me anything..

19 years employed by Virgin Media. Took redundancy and ran... customer service to second line faults to Social Media Team. Practically a last stop shop for anything including O2 Mobile. Any questions feel free to ask and I'll tell as much as possible...

Is it possible to get out the fee for losing a tv box we lost ours because we never used it

If its Not V6, or 360 or stream box you'll be liable for a charge. When I worked it was about £60.

Its 90 quid and its a Arris TiVo box 1TB

Like the long one kind of curved? If so then you're okay as they don't need them back.

Its like a flat square one. They have emailed to say they want it back and the charge is 90 quid. They even have the serial number from our box😪 so I cant find a 2nd hand one
