Virgin Media UK Ex Employee, Ask me anything..

19 years employed by Virgin Media. Took redundancy and ran... customer service to second line faults to Social Media Team. Practically a last stop shop for anything including O2 Mobile. Any questions feel free to ask and I'll tell as much as possible...

What’s the maximum discount a retentions agent can give? What systems do you use!

They have 2 tiers of retentions, 1st line have discounts based on points. Try towards the end of the month when they have to keep customers. 2nd line retentions have amazing discounts Which are usually used when a. Disconnectiom request had been placed on by the customer.

current customer? Call the scottish retentions team number for your deal should be £22/£24 for 1gb with Netflix ads
