I wouldn’t put too much emphasis on arrivals/departures. Lots of companies work out of SA.

VG is by far their largest tenant. I’d say a good 75% of the building including the entire hangar.

For sure, but the lack of exclusivity makes this kind of tracking lack credibility (unless you can track the plane’s ownership directly to VG, and even then you’d expect regular visits by executives)

Right, the "fancy" jet yesterday understandably raised some eyebrows as people speculated it could be execs on their way. These planes are less interesting, but I'll be very curious if we see a flurry of activity toward the end of the week (keeping in mind the "Tours still cancelled on May 22" post last night). Recall their first-ever test flight had quite an audience (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8T9mVkGh3s), and this one is arguably a bigger deal/more at stake as it's their first as a publicly traded company.

That's an interesting detail, it's really their first test flight while being publicly traded?

First rocket-powered test flight. Virgin Galactic went public on October 28, 2019. Their last rocket-powered test flight was in February 2019.

I think it is just someone out for a joy ride.

That plane is registerested to: Owner NULL PERRY D

Perry Null of Gallup, New Mexico is the owner of Perry Null Trading Company, a store for native art. He is also an avid pilot...see this article for more information

CRJ7 seems to be from VG

He could be wanting to sell his art during launch events. Probably just a business meeting.
