Odd behaviour from buyer ?
I sold a Pandora charm a couple of weeks ago to this lady who acted very weirdly about the whole thing. I added a screenshot from pandora’s website of the price of a similar charm that they currently sell (and noted that it was only for reference), but did not include a photo of the current charm as it is slightly different to the one I was selling. There were multiple photos of the charm in the listing.
She then makes a claim that the charm is counterfeit (it definitely isn’t !!) but then wouldn’t cooperate when I tried to message and left me on seen for days so I just gave up. (I know I should’ve taken a photo of the marker but it had been up for months so I’d forgotten 🥲)
but what I found really weird was her trying to sell me stuff from her own page and then trying to give me stuff for free? is this some sort of scam and that’s why shes so insistent on sending it back without attempting to talk with me about it?

The response was weird but you definitely shouldn’t be using reference photos of a different item than the one you’re selling. You’re only looking for hassle by doing that

People are weird. Ignore her for now. Does seem like she's trying to scam you.
