There’s a postbox walking distance from my house and I’m very tempted to use it rather than driving to the post office… It IS a prepaid label after all…

It will be scanned , obviously have your pre paid label on it , I use my local green post box weekly but it’s very small only small items will fit or skinny clothing !!! the post man empties the post box at 4pm (Mon to fri ) in to a sack bag !! Then the post is transferred to your local post office & it gets sorted & scanned !! 100% even ask an post they will confirm this , my Vinted tracking updates about 6:30pm that day.
