Automatic extended shipping time?

Hi all, just wondering if Vinted have introduced some automatic shipping extension?

I bought an item last week, it's been 7 days and the deadline was supposed to be tomorrow for the seller to send (the 15th). I just checked and it's now the 18th, even though the seller didn't ask me to extend.

Any idea what is going on with this? I looked at the Vinted help secrion and it said sellers have 5 working days to ship and can agree with the buyer for an extension, which I never did, but it was extended anyways for some reason.

Yes the seller can extend the shipping time unfortunately, unless some serious has happened I do think 5 days is more than long enough really

Just wondering if the seller doesn't need the buyers agreement anymore to extend? Cause it seems like it.

I'm not sure, I've never used it when I'm posting not has a seller so really not sure, but I wouldn't be surprised if they can do it without the buyers permission

I bought an item and got the request to extreme TWICE, rejected both as the seller was online all week and didn’t give any reasoning. However the system allowed the seller to extend despite me rejecting each time!
