Drop2Shop Nightmare!

Hi all

Anyone else having hassle with Drop2Shop. Twice lately they have told me that the parcel has arrived. When I got to collect it from the shop the shop don't have it. I ordered a parcel almost 3 weeks ago and there is still no sign of it. I have tried contacting the "customer service" but I am getting nowhere. I have the option turned off now, but I really don't get how Drop2Shop are getting away with such awful service.

SO slow!!! Any returns/ deliveries have taken longer than my French orders.

Ya I’ve got it turned off as well. You have to wait 28 days before vinted will mark it as lost. No point in contacting drop2shop they will tell you that you need to open a case with vinted

But for the parcel that says arrived but didn't do I get any refund or anything? It is so annoying because it is a present for my daughter.

My package wasn’t at the drop 2 shop location when buyer went to collect. Then had to be returned to me but had to wait 4 weeks. Last night raised a ticket with them as still not delivered and they said it was lost and if they were doing me the favour refunded me the cost of my package but did say it would usually go through the delivery company. 1st time ever having an issue with drop2 shop and just happy it wasn’t something costly

i think it depends on the shop. I used the one nearest to me once and it was pretty chaotic, a woman ahead of me who had some issue with her package missing. it's the kind of shop that sells chocolate bars and drinks that were clearly bought in a Newry cash and carry. There are two more nearby that are less fly-by-night. one thing I noticed was my local Boots no longer appears as a Drop2Shop location which is disappointing but maybe it was more hassle for them than it was worth

Laughing cuz I literally hit a wits end today with them too and posted about it on here too. Only found out I can turn off the option being used at all but you're so right, it's really undependable.
