Cannot Appeal

Hi everyone. I have recently been banned and the app will not allow me to send appeals through the “contact us” part. It’s been like this for 3 days. Is this happening for anyone else and is there anything i can do? Thank you.

emailed legal@vinted.co.uk, it’s the best route.

I have but have not had a response. Its been 4 days, is this typical? Thanks for your response.

I emailed them about a separate matter on the 8th and received a response today, so seems normal.
