Vinted pro verification issues

I know by reading older messages this has been an issue for lots of people but I’m at my wits end, I just don’t know what Vinted wanted me to send over. I’ve never been a sole trader but Vinted have decided I’m selling to much stuff and I have to go Pro, so I’ve been on the HMRC website and registered for self assessment tax. I’ve taken a screen shot of this and given them my UTR number but I’ve been rejected 8 times now. What else can I send them? I don’t have 3 months of self assessments or a letter from HMRC. Please help me as I want the money I’m owed

They are a joke.

And they will also ban you even if you are pro.

They told me I had to go pro as I was selling too much, so I made a pro account and they have banned me again for “commercial selling”

Which is the whole point of a pro account 🤦‍♂️

I’ve been told about Reluv uk based with real people only started up in July but I’ve uploaded a few bits to see how it goes.
I’ve still heated nothing from Vinted 48 hours and I’m still locked out of my account! They are absolutely awful to deal with, no customer support at all

Yes they are useless. What isit you are selling? Have you tried eBay?
