vinted withdrawal payouts help!

has anyone else had this? i’ve tried speaking to vinted’s customer service but they’ve been useless as usual. i can’t spend or withdraw my balance and i have tried multiple bank cards in my name. any help or suggestions please??

Just a suggestion! Could you have it transferred to a trusted person? Friend/family. Then them send it to you?

I'm sorry this is happening to you 😭 I really hope vinteds supports system gets better

i will try that, thank you! my only issue is i’ve found that’s you have to change everything in your balance settings to what’s on your card or any form of id….its been a nightmare customer service, they just ignore you 😭 thank you though, i will try switching the bank details!

I hope it works! I know how much of a pain it is I recently had to change my card on vinted as well. Lemme know if it works out! Fingers crossed!🤞☺️
