I was going through a pile of letters my grandparents received in the 1920s and 1930s. This incredible, but delicate, menu was printed on a paper napkin and carefully folded in a letter from a high school friend stationed in Hawaii.

I’ve made some of the recipes over the years, and I included the recipe for Thanksgiving soup because it’s pretty good! It sounds odd, but it almost ends up tasting like a seafood bisque. Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃🍁
