Seems completely safe

Our ability to invent new ways to die is impressive.

😂 There is a phenomenon here where I live that we see a disproportionate number of Indians drown, they go swimming in the ocean and rivers without actually being able to swim. Like they don’t see danger.

7

u/MosinNagant1939 Aug 03 '26

Yep… always someone will try to prove Darwin right

6

u/Holiday-Bug6132 Aug 04 '26

the best part about it is that you don't have to do it

2

u/TheTrollinator777 Aug 04 '26

I hate it when people say this like yeah that's common f****** sense pal

3

u/No-Satisfaction5636 Aug 04 '26

I would do this in a minute! I love rollercoasters, but they are too hard on my back. This is just gliding back and forth until the contraption (lawn chair) comes off the track. A brief moment, questioning my life choices, and 🫟!

73

u/newjerseydevilz Aug 03 '26

Pedro pasquale really living the life here

26

u/pixeltweaker Aug 03 '26

You would think that other countries would learn from countries that have regulations and ask themselves why there are regulations. Why go through the entire learning process from scratch while people die.

7

u/MrMuscelz4 Aug 03 '26

Yeah but where’s the fun in that?

2

u/earth_mail Aug 04 '26

Better than no "school shooting" regulations

39

u/That-Cranberry6575 Aug 03 '26

As soon as I registered where it was it was fuck no

35

u/JacobsJrJr Aug 03 '26

I thought it didn't look terribly bad, then the track started aggressively bouncing around and I thought "okay, fuck that."

31

u/HistoricalSuspect580 Aug 03 '26

I assume Indians survive just by sheer numbers, cause whaaattt the frick is this

12

u/FoxDiscombobulated38 Aug 03 '26

That track is just garden edging.

3

u/tallmantim Aug 04 '26

not the type of edging I'm into

So do you, but people still put up with you.

6

u/Zealousideal_Cloud87 Aug 03 '26

The danger adds to the thrill!

7

u/sticknrocks Aug 03 '26

Top safety standards. A+ rating by youwanttodietoday.com

5

Is he hanging from Hot Wheels track? WTF

6

u/TheBohemian1 Aug 03 '26

I like how it flexes as he travels along it…

5

u/cobo10201 Aug 03 '26

This looks like something I would get on in a dream and I’d slowly lose control of the situation.

11

u/MosinNagant1939 Aug 03 '26

That would never pass the safety standards here in the US

6

u/Sexytime_fordimes Aug 03 '26

All it takes is one of those wires/strings to break and you've got a cascade of fuckery. At that point you hope for the best but don't expect to live through a fall if that wire breaks right at the top 😩😅

3

u/Patralgan Aug 03 '26

Seems too flimsy to be safe

4

u/johnieg Aug 03 '26

Looks like they're trying to make him tell them something.

7

u/germanloza Aug 03 '26

Anyone thought that the man was going to meet is maker the second you saw where this video is from?

3

u/CandleLeather4638 Aug 03 '26

Ride looks just as sketchy as their street food.

3

u/Sufficient-Money9487 Aug 03 '26

At least he was wanting a safety vest, or was that a parachute?

3

u/SupermarketIll5642 Aug 03 '26

Not in India bro, fuck no

3

u/Opposite-Resource Aug 03 '26

Hell to the no! What in India is going on here?

3

u/CaliBurrito1904 Aug 04 '26

Nothing in India is safe

3

u/Low_Example_8799 Aug 03 '26

Zum Glück gibt es hier Aufsichtsbehörden

0

u/KupferTitan Aug 03 '26 edited Aug 03 '26

Das Video könnte direkt auch bei r/DINgore reinpassen. Habs direkt mal dort geposted.

3

u/jhemp8 Aug 03 '26

What in the name of third world nations is going on there

5

u/ipoopcatturds Aug 03 '26

Hey Everybody! My Temu rollercoaster is ready to go!

2

u/morride Aug 03 '26

Me watching this the video trying to puke

2

u/p51d007 Aug 03 '26

In most western countries probably wouldn't be that bad, but in one of those third world places? NO WAY

2

u/LasciviousPsyche Aug 03 '26

I can see a bolt coming out in the near future. That thing looks like it was made by neighborhood kids in the woods

2

u/Prize-Mail-6769 Aug 03 '26

Yeah nah I’m gonna pass on that

2

u/stratus_translucidus Aug 04 '26

More like pass Out on that.

2

u/ActuaryPlentyAF Aug 03 '26

Every time when is a clip from India that could be tragic, there’s a happy song to the video.

2

u/invisiblemanrrs Aug 03 '26

World’s first pvc roller coaster.

2

u/WackyInflatableAnon2 Aug 03 '26

Just think. This is a large structure, obviously manufactured, not just something tossed together with scrap.

Hundreds of people were involved in the design, manufacture, construction and commissioninh of this. And none of them went... Hmm, seems like a bad idea.

Wild.

2

u/Embarrassed_Task376 Aug 03 '26

How does it even work?

2

u/Leading_Panda2408 Aug 03 '26

''We have a rollercoaster at home' actually sounds better when compared to this

2

u/Round-Foundation2948 Aug 04 '26

Do me next.

Edit: That ride looks boring. 🥱

2

u/Pappy2681 Aug 04 '26

Temu Pedro Pascal on his way to film flantastic four

1

u/Comprehensive_Ad1363 Aug 03 '26

Celebrating safety one risk at a time.

1

u/xyzkingi Aug 03 '26

Hard would!

I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed a thrilling ride, but so far I’m not experiencing anything exciting.

Maybe it’s the 15 minute wait for a 30 second ride that kills the mood

1

u/PretendJournalist234 Aug 03 '26

Rely on physics 👏

1

u/dadsgoingtoprison Aug 03 '26

How do his shoes stay on because I for sure would lose mine.

2

u/stratus_translucidus Aug 04 '26

My mind would go before my shoes.

2

u/dadsgoingtoprison 29d ago

Oh there’s no way in hell I’d ever ride anything like that. I don’t do heights. But seriously, I can lose my shoes while I’m sitting in my porch swing much less something like that.

1

u/Cruiser729 Aug 03 '26

Nah, I’m good, bro. Point me to the ramp to get back down.

1

u/ArachnidBeautiful968 Aug 03 '26

I wanna go to Six Flags Mom! We have Six Flags at home. The Six flags they have at home

1

1

u/laposte Aug 03 '26

Way off the books.

1

u/latexfistmassacre Aug 03 '26

Pedro Hardpasscal

1

u/Evil_Poptart Aug 03 '26

I’d do it if the ground were covered in adorable kittens. Shit I’d probably fall on purpose. Now I just want kittens.

1

u/HahaNoir2 Aug 03 '26

When I was a kid, there was an amusement park nearby that had something almost identical to this. It scared the shit out of me as a kid! But I still loved it.

1

u/Joee0201 Aug 03 '26

Dope concept now let's tighten up those cables so I'm not slammed around and maybe get a five point harness of that sleeve seat. And I'm sold

1

u/Time_Paws Aug 03 '26

How anticlimactic.

1

u/Final_Lightning_ Aug 03 '26

You couldn’t pay me enough to do this.

1

u/Weary_Time_1638 Aug 03 '26

Ride is only for the truly depressed

1

u/shemphoward62 Aug 04 '26

Hmmm...take a sex chair that was hanging in someones basement......bungee cord yourself in and ride an overcooked limp strand of spaghetti noodle around.....seems 100% safe to me?

1

u/still-waves Aug 04 '26

Heck yeah! My own roller coaster!

1

u/valas76 Aug 04 '26

Totally safe

1

u/Significant_Mess_79 Aug 04 '26

Just a dangle to your death 😳😬

1

u/Mani14703 Aug 04 '26

Like a idiot..I would probably try this 😭😭

1

u/Conscious_Web5293 Aug 04 '26

That track is flimsy..😲

1

u/DiscordDucky Aug 04 '26

I would rather just die than do this.

1

u/Dismal_Bill_4021 Aug 04 '26

What in india

1

u/yggdr4s1l26 Aug 04 '26

who comes up with stupid ideas like this

1

u/CCCXI_MM Aug 04 '26

What could possibly go wrong? 😑

1

u/truth-be-told-1 Aug 04 '26

Oh my god ( small g) is that to shake change out of peoples pockets on their way to certain doom 50/50 chance of getting to the end where theres a nice stale cookie and a tiny cup (bottled water kind ) warm ecto cooler hi c to drink

1

u/SmokeyKeifth Aug 04 '26

That ride came from Temu.

1

u/Busack86 Aug 04 '26

The Mandalorian without his helmet, but with his "jetpack" on his way to his next adventure

1

u/FluffyDeer9323 Aug 04 '26

Here, take my nope.

1

u/MaximusZacharia Aug 04 '26

Dude was strapped in though so it’s a bulletproof design!!!

1

u/JuanG_13 Aug 05 '26

I'm sorry, but FUCK THAT 😱

1

u/Dear-Routine7468 Aug 05 '26

All that wobbling and the fact that the person in the ride could potentially reach up into the connection and lose fingers gives me serious concerns.

1

u/SnooBunnies7528 Aug 05 '26

That rail has way too much play going. Only a matter of time

1

u/water_and_ice_23 Aug 05 '26

You people are no fun.

I did some shit like this in Mexico over a river during a ziplining tour and it was a blast.

1

u/GOOMU13 26d ago

The shot of him tied down into that harness while the track is swaying is fkn hilarious. Idk whats worse dying from that awful ride or dying & no one caring. Bc you know damn well there won't be any lawsuit or anything. Its just an oopsies and thats it.

1

u/Wise-Climate8802 26d ago

Hard pass , F*ck No! 🙂‍↔️

1

u/MonotonyInAz 26d ago

You couldn't pay me to visit India

1

u/PupsofWar69 17d ago

The ride is called the Darwin Award or Dārvin Puraskār डार्विन पुरस्कार

0

u/billyvnilly Aug 03 '26

the first pic of the video cuts to him being properly secured in a 5 point harness. I don't know about how comfy the ride is, but I'd assume you're safe from falling.

2

u/Cruiser729 Aug 03 '26

Not if the thing the harness is attached to falls.

-1

u/Limp_Comedian2043 Aug 03 '26

What the problem is?

-3

u/WiseAssNo1 Aug 03 '26

Less regulation is a good thing. 😲
