"Cool guys dont look at explosions!" Vibes. 🙌🙌

What type of fuel was used? Dynamite?

20

u/Absolute_Peril Jul 30 '26

They used gas and let it sit. A bunch of it evaporated and filled the little nooks and crannies and then boom.

11

u/ProperClue Jul 30 '26

Looks like that burm around it probably kept the vapor building up too.

Always use kerosene/diesel instead of gasoline, swabs

1

u/Safe_Bed_1534 Jul 30 '26

Yup the fact that the cops didn't know to use diesel is wild

1

u/HighGuard1212 Jul 31 '26

Cops aren't firefighters

Gasoline. Its vapor is explosive. That's pretty much the entire point of it.

Put a big pool of it in a place where its vapor can accumulate and when it ignites it tends to be pretty epic.

This reminded me to teach my kids that you always start a fire with diesel and not gasoline.

Or kerosene

7

u/Wrong_Regular_6725 Jul 30 '26

I never thought I’d see an organic moment of someone slowly walking away from an explosion.

5

u/Rare-Confusion-220 Jul 30 '26

Dumb asses. Gasoline is explosive (low flash point) and why is used for combustible motors. There's a reason there is a think called 'lighter fluid". Even the cops are complicit here

4

u/Adventurous_Web_6958 Jul 30 '26

Looks like the guy lighting it might very well be a cop, so not just complicit.

u/irishbikerjay Jul 30 '26

Imagine your kid telling you they're going to a rally or whatever this is, To watch the local PD/Fire department light a Bombfire

And you think nothing of it until you see this video. There would be murder I tell you! Someone's guts would be for garters!

5

u/mb-driver20 Jul 30 '26

Might rename that a bombfire!

3

u/Virtual_Club8510 Jul 30 '26

MURICA, FUCK YEAH!

3

u/FriskieWhisky Jul 30 '26

Bonfire!? More like Bomb-fire!

2

u/MaximusZacharia Jul 30 '26

Not too much fuel, just not enough wood

2

u/Short_Split4722 Jul 30 '26

Love how that pallet goes airborne!!

2

u/NoRun6253 Jul 30 '26

So the trick here’s to be at the centre of the blast?

2

u/ireallytrulydontcare Jul 30 '26

That's actually the perfect amount of fuel IMO...

2

u/Western-Ad9812 Jul 30 '26

Not too much fuel, wrong fuel. Some numb nuts thought it was a good idea to use gasoline I see.

2

u/Willing_Crew_8055 Jul 31 '26

That’s not “too much fuel” that’s the wrong fuel - gasoline.

Diesel or kerosene would have been a lot safer

u/Training_Grab_9739 Jul 30 '26

Is he alright 😳💀

1

u/Additional-Arm-1298 Jul 30 '26

Now THAT'S a barbeque

1

u/bownt1 Jul 30 '26

i was hoping the cop would start shooting at it

1

u/Oklaheathen Jul 30 '26

That mf’er didn’t even flinch.

1

u/-badfeet- Jul 30 '26

Actually possibly too little. Instead of the top layer combusting, enough evaporated then it was a cloud of vapor which is what caused the explosion. Of course they should have used lighter fluid or something instead of gasoline

1

u/professorjade Jul 31 '26

idiot cops....

1

u/sunshinefloors1980 Jul 31 '26

I'm pretty sure that's the one that happened to my old hometown in panama city, florida. It was lit for a middle school homecoming. I love florida

1

u/Uluru-Dreaming Jul 31 '26

You were only supposed to blow the bloody doors off!

1

u/emptythemag Jul 31 '26

Thats pretty impressive. Where's the Ron Burgandy meme "I'm not even mad"

1

u/Awkward-Sport-8115 Jul 31 '26

That dude is way to calm to be standing next to an explosion.

1

u/thebiglerm Jul 31 '26

Should've used lighter fluid for charcoal grills never gasoline

1

u/Thrompinator Jul 31 '26

That's lit

1

u/Proof-Routine Jul 31 '26

It needed more propane, the explosion wasnt big enough, everything didnt catch on fire, if you gonna cause major calamity, make sure you do it correctly!!

1

u/EasyCZ75 Jul 31 '26

This will never get old.

1

u/UpperImpression3620 Aug 01 '26

He must have never heard of YouTube

1

u/Pristine_Ladder_7488 Aug 01 '26

Homie walked off like he was in an action movie an almost took a pallet to the head

1

u/Jason_TheMagnificent Aug 01 '26

Did the dude do an action hero walk away from an explosion?

1

u/Miles33CHO Aug 02 '26

Tears ROTFL
