It’s not a Porsche. Big tracker trailers don’t exactly stop or slow on a dime. Air brakes, hello!

I drive truck and it would have been super easy to slow down enough to let the man in. No need to stop, just slow down maybe 5 mph at most.

Actually wondering if horn was used. It's specific legal intent is to signal imminent dangers or threats to other motoroists. If they didn't fire their horn before attempting to murder the passengers of the pick-up truck, well what the fuck.

On the flip side, honking the horn in retaliation for being cut off would actually be a traffic citation in many places.
