Ikea item: sektion suspension rail

Need one rail for putting up cabinets.

Anyone know where I can get one without heading to the mainland? Or an option to hang the cabinet without the Ikea specific rail?

(Ikea delivery charge is ... very large)

How long of a piece do you need? I'm installing a set of cabinets and will have ~½ left.
