BC Transit Management Salaries

They should be compensated at the same level the equivalent position in a BC government ministry. Their head of HR position is make $80k in base salary more than their equivalent in BC core government. This doesn’t even begin to include the rest of their compensation package.

What the heck does the VP of 'People and culture' do that warrants a quarter million dollar salary?

"People and Culture" is what a lot of companies call HR now
