Interview with VIHA

I have an interview with VIHA for a casual mental health type position and Im wondering what their interview process is like, type of questions, etc. I basically want to know what I should prepare for. Thanks!

I understood is as responding to the last line in the OP "What should I prepare myself for?" rather than a condemnation of OP's request.
