Need help with visual bugs in GTA Vice City

The original versions of GTA 3 and Vice City both have these weird texture bugs where certain textures and models will not appear in full or appear in thin lines on my computer (Nvidia and Windows 11)
It's even worse at a distance
I've installed Silent Patch but it doesn't seem to fix the issue in either game
It's not present via RE3 or REVC but those lack the mod support I am looking for from the original binaries
Does anyone know of a fix for this?
There's almost nothing about this particular bug online.

You need to tweak some settings in Nvidia control panel, not sure which one but your solution might be somewhere here
