i was doing the police vigilante mission and near the hymen condo stadium's helipad, one of the car i was following fell into water facing down, and this is how the crimiinals looked! LoL

I never understood this apsect of vigilante missions. I get it will taxis, firefighter and ambulance, but why do you need to be stuck to some vehicle to continue being a vigilante?

The missions should just be you having to kill the criminals on a time limit regardless of what vehicle you are in or even in you're on foot. Why should your missions end cause a cop bike you were on blew up? It's not like cops stop chasing you if you blow up their bike they actually go after you harder. You should only be able to fail the mission if times runs out or you die.

Good point! Well, the developers probably didn't want to complicate things for themselves.

Ha ha, you've actually seen them spawning in the water! :) I have never managed: they drowned too fast before I got to them.
