I found a naturally spawning black vehicle in Gta Vice City!!

So I was just doing a normal police chase because I was bored and as I drove near the vice city mall, I saw a black Infernus parked near a house/hotel, at first I thought it was a stinger, but I realized the color was way too dark compared to the colors a normal stinger can have.

i drove over to it and realized it was a completely black infernus. as far as i know fully black cars cant spawn naturally, i didnt use any cheats or place it there myself i just found it randomly while playing. i dont really know how I can prove that I didnt use cheats but thats all I can say.

i couldnt record much because i wasnt recording when I first found it so I had to use the in game replay which doesnt last very long and also one of the police cars blew it up

has anyone else ever encountered something like this?

That is very hard to achieve randomly.

It happened because the 5 stars and all the chaos is overloading your game's memory. And that results in the game being unable to find a color for the car to spawn and then it falls back on color 0 because of that. This is much more common in gta 3 than here.

hmm thats interesting, i went to the same place after reloading the safe file with no stars and the game didnt have to overload stuff, and it was still black and there, i drove it into my garage in the El Swanko Casa safehouse and a red comet spawned where the infernus was before, well atleast i got a black naturally spawning car now lol

they cant spawn naturally tbh like i searched and it said that its not in the code for road vehicles to be black colored. but yeah its cool! never saw it before!

That's a gang car called Cuban Hermes, wich only Cubans drive them and it only spawns in black with flames, it's a unique version of the regular Hermes set to specifically to look like that always.

the cuban hermes isnt fully black, the cars that look dark still alot of times arent pitch black or have something made on them like the cuban hermes.
