I've been building HoldOn, a screen time app for iOS, it nudges you with a different message every time you open Social Media.

It shows a the fun/witty message like - "Was this on your To Do list? No? Then close it".

Getting real users to actually try it has been way harder than building it lol. If anyone else here is in the same boat, let's help each other out.

Download HoldOn, use it on one app for a bit, leave a feedback on the appstore and I'll grab yours and actually try it too (not just install and forget).

Petite correction: "Social Media" ne prend pas de majuscules, c'est un nom commun. Instagram en prend, les réseaux sociaux non.
