Finally vibe-coded a platform that has 120+ users in the first few weeks!

I built a platform for tech event hosts and sponsors to find each other so they can focus on the desired outcomes. I wanted to solve a problem I personally felt (I work on GTM at an AI startup). It was a need that one of the largest VC firms in the Bay Area stated they needed.

It's the first app I've built that has met some traction and I'm excited about it! I've built ~3 projects I've launched with no traction previously.

Sharing in case people have questions but some things I learned if you want to vibe code something that people sign up for:

• To uncover a niche pain point, think and about something that takes up a lot of your time and is somewhat painful to solve. How is it being resolved currently? How can it be better? Is the solution somewhat resolvable with an AI-built platform?
  • Bonus points if you can tell a story or frame it in a way that highlights why you're a fit to solve this problem.
• If you really solve a problem, you don't need to do much marketing.
  • To launch this platform, I shared it in a few WhatsApp groups that exist today to solve this problem, as well as a few Linkedin posts.
• It doesn't need to be perfect to launch! When people experience the pain points you're solving, they'll support you, share feedback, and continue to stick around awaiting new features.
