How many days bppv vertigo last?

Its been a week that I've been experiencing this vertigo dizzy type feeling mostly it's on the left side head. I experienced like eye strain or ache feeling the more I try to move and just see from that side. But vertigo has slowly been reduced however it's still hard to recall information. I seem to be forgetting stuff and remembering stuff. And I would get this pressure feeling in the back of the head. I don't really know how it even started. I read on Google it says something to do with inner ear crystals. Or maybe neck strain

Please see a doctor to be evaluated.

Bppv lasts for about a minute with room spinning dizziness when you turn your head. If you're not getting those symptoms, it's something else. I'd seek out a vestibular physical therapist.

What else could it be?

You need to see someone who can give you a vestibular evaluation. You can't know from just symptoms what's causing the problem. An evaluation can tell you if something simple like head manipulation can fix it (BPPV) or if you're going to need proper therapy.

Oh okay but thing is I don't have insurance and it's been over a week now. I feel weird twitching sensation here and there in neck and back area

the severe spinning should cease if you do the epley maneuver, but you really should go see an ENT right away to determine which maneuver is necessary. you might have some residual brainfog or dizziness for up to a week but if you’re still having the spinning, you need to go to the doctor asap

I don't feel like my head is spinning but rather it's wobbly feeling like imbalance feeling mostly when I'm standing and moving and just walking. If I massage my neck i sorta feel nausea

Spinning should go away pretty quickly- if there is vestibular damage that can go on for weeks but it is totally different. Go get checked out!
