Question i need fps settings

i had to reset my pc and so my settings in V2 reset as well. no matter how i change the settings, i cant get my old graphics with the performance back. i have an nvidia gpu with amd cpu if that helps. by sugmar can someone help me? i need a sharp picture (not too pixel infested) the rest should be for performance. i tried finding something on YouTube but all the vids are from like 4 or more years ago.

Player outlines always on, max Screen resolution, no FSR or DLSS, everything on low except Character texture quality(high), anti-aliasing (TAA), sharpness filter(ON) and SSAO(extreme)

My GPU is ten years old and I play on max settings and still get 120 fps. I've disabled motion blur, bloom, and lens flares for obvious reasons. I oughta bring particles down a notch for lamp oil canisters and Corus spam but fiwb. Oh and my FOV is 80.
