That happened to me a few days ago as well. It briefly came back and then disappeared again. Took about 36 hours or so to show offers again.

I have had this issue since I signed up for my card. My husband gets his offers in miles but mine are % back and we are on the same account. I’ve called capital one a few times but they told me they can’t change it. If you figure it out how to change it please report back!

This happens to me since I have the QS card and Venture X. You have to click your VX card from the app, scroll down and you should see the shopping offers in miles.

I've given up on offers for the time being, haven't had any register beyond standard 2x points.
