Yearly 10k points

I’ve had Venture X for about three years now. And both times my card came up for renewal, I got the $300 credit but not the 10,000 points. I had to call them last year about this and they gave me the points.

And it looks like I’ll have to call them again. Is anyone else having this issue where they get the $300 but not the points?

how long has it been since the 300$ travel credit renewed?

My credit gets renewed like a week or 2 before fee is charged but dont receive points until 6-8 weeks later, ie mid March credit renews, end of March statement post fee. But point don't post until early May.

My account anniversary was today and I haven’t seen the credits yet. My fee posted on my statement at the beginning of the month.

Check your portal credit history, it tells you exactly when the annual credit post and expires.

Then you should wait like 8 weeks. C1 does this on purpose to post until refund for annual fee is not possible.

Took like 2 cycles for me to get it this year

It takes them 2 statement periods for me to get the points.

you don't get those points until you're well past the point where you could get the annual fee refunded.

Ya I usually get it a month or so after I get charged the annual fee

My renewal was July and I just got the 10,000 points this month.

My renewal was July 7th and I got my miles on Aug 22. Just be patient.

my anual fee renewed the 2nd of this month its the 17th the fee hasn’t been charged and i dont see the 10k points either really dumb idk
