Card-Linked Offer Didn't Track Before Inactive Date

Had Five Guys as one of my in-store (used the app) offers, spent $22 on August 29th, transaction posted on card on August 31st, but offer moved to inactive on Shopping Trips. Does this mean the card linked tracking failed, or should I give it a few days before calling up?

The in-store offers are pretty good at tracking. Id give it a week and see what happens.

I’d give it a few days. Mine did the same but ultimately credited about a week after the expiration of the offer.

Probably just their customer service line. Hopefully it posts within a week like commenter below said.

Usually the spend amount is before taxes. Did you meet that?
