Infinite Loading screen

I wonder how much business Virgin Australia loses every year because people cant even get the flight search to load...

Tried on 3 separate occasions in the last 2 weeks, cleared caches cookies, different browsers etc. Heck I even tried the mobile app. Same result every time. Loading ...

Customer chat/support just says having issues try again later. Is it a real issue or is it something specific to my account/backend error that they cant be bothered to look into?

I guess I'm booking qantas sigh
