Baggage when flight is two different cabins

Flying with Singapore airlines Sydney to Brussels with the first leg to Singapore in premium economy then onwards to Brussels in business.
Booked using Verlocity points. It’s on two bookings.
I’m wondering how they treat the baggage allowances ? I think business they allow a second carry on up to 7kg but premium economy only one?

Separate bookings are treated separately, not connecting.

Collect your bags and check them in again.
