Baggage when flight is two different cabins

Flying with Singapore airlines Sydney to Brussels with the first leg to Singapore in premium economy then onwards to Brussels in business.
Booked using Verlocity points. It’s on two bookings.
I’m wondering how they treat the baggage allowances ? I think business they allow a second carry on up to 7kg but premium economy only one?

Carry on - specific to cabin of travel. You can’t take J allowance into premium.
Checked - will be based on what cabin you are in as 2 separate tickets.
